2017 SID/DSCC Automotive Display Conference Tuesday, May 23, 2017 LA Convention Center
Tom Trill President, Business Development Americas Asahi Glass Company
Abstract: Fully autonomous vehicles clearly redefine the automotive segment – design is driven more by “consumer experience” than by “driver experience”. We are entering a market cycle where HMI, AR, HUD and Display platforms are on the top of car buyers wish-lists. Moreover, to deliver an immersive content-rich connected in-cabin experience automotive designers are rapidly turning to Glass-as-a-Platform for its aesthetic, industrial, functional and safety performance capabilities. In this presentation we examine AGC’s role is realizing the vision. Join us to “test drive the future”.
