CMOS Backplane Design for LEDoS Micro Display

This presentation aims to provide an overview of the most recent advancements in CMOS Backplane technology designed for LEDoS (LED-on-Silicon) micro displays.

The focus will be on the utilization of a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) driving scheme in conjunction with MiP® (Memory-Inside-Pixel) technology.

Furthermore, the presentation will delve into the prominent challenges currently faced by the industry that need to be effectively addressed.
