Call for Speakers: AR/VR Display Forum LIVE 2023

La Jolla, CA -

DSCC will be hosting the third edition of the AR/VR Display Forum LIVE on September 12th-13th, 2023. This virtual event will be fully dedicated to the display technologies for Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality. It will cover the latest progress to manufacture and commercialize the displays that will enable immersive AR and VR headsets with high resolution, wide field of view and longer battery life.

Following Apple’s launch of the Vision Pro, there is now a huge interest in AR/VR technology. Meta has also announced the Quest 3 will be released later this year and Samsung is expected to enter the market soon. Meanwhile, many companies in the supply chain are developing components that will enable future AR smart glasses. AR/VR applications will represent a multi-billion dollar opportunity for display suppliers.

The AR/VR Display Forum features leading companies in the industry, including display manufacturers, OEM/ODM, equipment and component suppliers. For the 2023 edition, the conference will address several key trends and technologies.

DSCC is looking for speakers on the following topics:

  • Requirements for VR headsets and See-through AR smart glasses;
  • Full color MicroLED displays;
  • OLED on Silicon microdisplays (“Micro OLED”);
